ABOUT SIZES AND WEIGHT
Recommended load weight is the optimal weight to achieve high bounces and performance.
If you are under the load weight, you may not have enough force to produce a good bounce and therefore you will have to exert more force.
If you are over the load weight, you may not bounce as you will flatten the rubber due to the force applied downwards on the boots, to counter this you will have to apply lighter jumps.
